What is particularly worth noting about this Center is that the preliminary project was developed by none other than César Pelli, the acclaimed Argentine architect who designed Kuala Lumpur’s Petronas Towers (Malaysia), New York’s Museum Tower, the 777 Tower in Los Ángeles and the Bank of Boston Tower in Buenos Aires.
