A curious passage that splits the block in two.
An explosion of colors and pergolas loaded with flowers burst in between the gray pavement and sidewalks as a perfectly balanced color palette. Jasmines, bougainvilleas and trumpet vines draw a picture in the middle of the block.
This curious passage also contains several apartments adopting the same style and it has a double entrance, one on Salta Street and the other on Jujuy Street—This creates a small urban wonder.
Its name is “La Unión Gremial” (the Labor Union). It was built by architect Pozzo in 1893 and it was redone a couple of decades later. Currently, there live families who appreciate the colorful flowers they see when they get in and out the passage, by either of the two entrances.
