This building designed in 1925 by architects De Lorenzi, Otaola and Rocca was originally conceived and projected for its original owner Mrs. Elena A. de Fábrega.
It is a residential rental building located on a corner lot that is presented as a set of interlocking volumes.
Various decorative resources enhance the finials and vertical lines of the building edges. This ornamentation, characteristic of the neocolonial style, stands out especially in the balconies and the basements, where typical details such as moldings and grilles that refer to the colonial tradition reinterpreted with a modern architectural language can be appreciated.
