This construction was fostered by Constructor Napoli and designed by Arch. Vanoli in 1930 on the corner of San Luis St. and Mitre St.
These rental apartments consisted of a basement, ground floor with shops, and eight floors. Their facades show the unification of Deco decorative elements that cover both the commercial premises and the first floor of the complex. In the upper part, there are horizontal windows that contrast with the vertical decorative lines where you can recognize geometric elements on the balconies and bas-reliefs with birds, flowers, rhombuses, chocolate bars, exposed bricks and majolica that characterize Art Deco.
