This property, built by R. y S. Taiana Company, was originally the family residence of Mr. Luis Coppello, a prominent businessperson of the city.
Its facade is characterized by the organization in three parts, the basement where the service areas are located, a first level with the reception rooms and a second level with the private rooms. The interior has some paintings by the prestigious Italian artist Salvador Zaino.
Over time, another building was added to a neighboring lot whose façade blends in with that of the original residence and houses, with the addition of the assembly hall, the library, the dining area, and the kitchen in the basement.
The building is currently the headquarters of the Federación Gremial de Industria y Comercio (Industry & Commerce Trade Union Federation).
