La Inmobiliaria

This building was commissioned by the insurance company of the same name.

It was designed by Architect Juan Antonio Buschiazzo and his son and built by the Candia y Cia Company. Constructed between 1914 and 1916, it exhibits some distinctive characteristics of French academicism (classical structures such as columns and pediments that reflect order and elegance, emphasizing symmetry, proportion, and hierarchy).
The building has five floors, where the loggia on the top floor, the remarkable segmented dome with oculi (small round windows), and the pinnacle that crowns the last apartment on the corner stand out.
