Located on the intersection of Mitre St. and Santa Fe St.
It belonged to the Insurance Credit Company. It was planned in the 1930s by the architects Gerbino, Schwarz and Ocampo, and built by Candia & Co. It was designed as a rental building with commercial premises on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors. The facade highlights the new images of modernity through Art Deco resources. It accentuates verticality through the proportion and alignment of the windows, and the use of modulations and vertical geometric decorations.
