Museo del Deporte Santafesino

Located in "Héroes de Malvinas" Park, this museum was built in the shape of a massive 40-meter-high metal cube. In this place, Rosario honors Santa Fe province’s athletes who have had outstanding performances in different sports disciplines. Among them, Ángel Di María stands out.

Ever since he was really young, Ángel had an amazing performance playing for Argentina’s national team. His teams won the U-20 World Cup in Canada (2007), the golden medal at Beijing 2008 Olympic Football Tournaments, and the Copa América (2021), where he scored the winning goal against Brazil in the final.
Because of his remarkable first participation in the national team in 2007 and thanks to Ever Banega’s creativity, he was given the nickname that has stuck with him during his whole career: “Fideo”.
