Boero, a descendant of a Piedmontese family and president of the Trade and Industry Federation, promoted the construction of this office building designed by Arch. Vanoli circa 1930.
It was set in a corner lot in the central area of the city and resolved with a basement, commercial premises on the ground floor, seven offices on the upper floors, and the concierge's house on the rooftop. Art Deco decorative elements were used on the facade, such as vertical sashes alternated with the lines of the windows, which accentuates the idea of verticality. Stylized fountains and flowers were incorporated, as well as an imposing cornice that tops off the complete set.
