Palacio Minetti

It was designed by the architects Gerbino, Schwarz, and Durand, and built by the Candia-Delannoy Company in 1929.

It is an office building with a volumetric and spatial treatment that accounts for a Deco ornamentation that integrates the graphic design of the poster, the imposing sculptural set of two women on the top, the stained-glass windows, the cladding, and the bronze front door.

The top of the building is a zigzag-shaped cornice that curiously continues through the dividing walls to give the idea of a skyscraper.

It is a high-quality construction with comfort details such as elevators, mail tubes, central heating, and tiled courtyards to provide light and air.
