On the even numbered sidewalk, there are a series of private residences that belonged to important families of the local elite.
Nowadays, almost all of them have changed their purpose, but they keep their original architectural characteristics.
Originally, these buildings had the same distribution of functions by levels: service subfloors, first floor raised above street level and intended for social use, second floor for the privacy of the bedrooms and finally, an attic for service bedrooms or special functions.
In each of them the entrances were clearly differentiated between the main and service entrances. The same heights of windows, doors, and eclectic decorative elements typical of the architecture of the early 20th century were also used.
In many of them you can still see collections of art objects, fine wood paneling on the walls, murals, and stained-glass windows.
