One of the oldest golf clubs in the country.
Founded in 1898, it is the result of the merger of two institutions: Fisherton Golf Club, and Alberdi Golf Club. It was an initiative of English immigrants who saw golf as a form of entertainment.
It is in a large green area that is crossed by Ludueña stream. It has an 18-hole golf course, a club house, a swimming pool, and an ancient grove. The seigneurial mansion was declared a site of historical interest by the Municipal Council of Rosario. Since 1932, the Rosario Golf Club has organized the "Campeonato Abierto del Litoral” Championship, one of the most important events on the national golf calendar.
