Musician Maxi Ades, drummer of several groups from Trova Rosarina, lived in this house, which was used as rehearsal room by the bands he played in. As years went by, the house was transformed into a rehearsal room, and instrument and equipment warehouse of Triamp company. Musicians used to prefer this room over others because sound operators and musicians Juan Monfrini and Tuti Branchessi already knew the specific requirements of each band. Adrián Abonizio, Iván Tarabelli, "Tuti” Branchesi, Jorge Fandermole and Maxi Ades and other musicians used to play there.
