Declared National Historic Monument and inaugurated in 1916, this building features various decorative elements such as ironworks, stained glass, tiles and sculptures. The breathtaking mixture of volumes of the facade can be observed from the outside. Upon entering the building, the eye-catching staircase area is illuminated by a magnificent skylight that involves the four levels of the place.
