Get around in Rosario

Getting around by bus
Buses are the preferred means of public transport in Rosario. The urban transport network is made up of 63 bus lines connecting all city districts.

Having the MOVI card allows you to use the public transport service more easily. It costs $50, and you can buy it at different points of sales (including the bus station). In order to use the buses, you must charge money into the card at any of the official locations available. Bear in mind that the bus ticket costs $59,50 and that there are progressive discounts based on the amount of money charged, reducing the per-ticket cost.

Extra ticket
Have you run out of credit and you’re unable to recharge your card? The card has a system that allows you to use 2 extra tickets. These will be discounted the next time you use the card, i.e., once your card is recharged and ready to be used, the extra tickets will be discounted from the new balance.

Interurban transport
Interurban transport can be used to travel to satellite towns. There are different options available to travel by bus. Some of the lines accept payment with SUBE card and others with cash. Most of these buses either pass by or start their circuit at the Bus Station.
