Mythical restaurant on the northern river bank, well-known for his delicious freshwater fish.

Its birthplace apparently was an old staging post where now stands Escauriza, a mythical restaurant on the northern river bank, well-known for its delicious freshwater fish, its platters, and its view of the Paraná River.
