Rosario’s gastronomy is increasingly becoming a highlight thanks to its local dishes. There are multiple options to discover in restaurants, bars and grills: freshwater fish dishes prepared in many ways, the traditional “Carlito” sandwich and several other gourmet dishes. Rosario was declared the National Capital of the Homemade Ice Cream for the high quality of its homemade ice creams. Even though there are proposals all over the city, Pichincha neighborhood and Pellegrini Promenade are the two gastronomic circuits that offer options for all tastes.
