Los emigrantes

The Emigrants painting, by Antonio Berni, is part of the Art to the Streets Urban Museum.

This oil on canvas painted by Antonio Berni in 1956 was painted at a scale of 98 ft x 62 ft (30 m x 19 m) on the building located at 1284 Entre Ríos St. It is a dramatic representation of a group of immigrants at sea, on the deck of a ship, in seek of a new land, looking for work and a better life for them and their children.
