Situated up North in the city, it expands from Parque Alem until you meet the Rosario-Victoria bridge. It includes plenty of bars and restaurants to relax by the side of the Paraná river. During the summer, it hosts numerous events and activities, becoming the epicenter of the summertime fun. Having a drink by the side of the Paraná river is a must, as well as tasting the regional gastronomic specialty, river fish.
